We stayed at Casa Luna as part of a 3-day Groupon package that included tours from Ecoterra. Despite all the rain, the hotel was comfortable, and it had a nice bar and restaurant; the staff was also very helpful with any inquiries. The pool area looked nice, although we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Our only issue was... More

We just stayed at Casa Luna through a groupon this week. What a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly, they went out of their way to ask about your stay, do you need anything. Definitely get a second floor room, we lived on our balcony and could keep the window open at night. Taxi to town is $5, very... More

Had a lovely stay at this small hotel. Very friendly staff with a good restaurant on the grounds. Pool hosts a "happy hour" at the swim up bar. So many flowers planted around the rooms which attracted lots of birds and butterflies. Good view of Arenal volcano from each room.

The grounds of this hotel are beautiful and I wish that I had more time to explore them. I enjoyed having air conditioning and slept well because of it. The worst part of this hotel was that out of the 3 nights that we stayed here, I only took one 5 minute hot shower. All of my other showers were... More

Dear Guest; Thanks for your comments, We value your opinion and will use it to implement better service standards for the future. We are implementing a new solar system to heat the water, for those dates we were starting to use the solar panels but now it is working on a 100 % and that change is mainly to protect... More

Casa Luna is a very nice hotel with very nice grounds, friendly and helpful staff, good proximity to activities, and close - but not too close - to La Fortuna. The room was just fine; comfortable and usually having sufficient hot water (only once in a 5 day stay was there a shortage of hot water). Breakfast buffet very good.... More

Dear Guest; Thanks for sharing your experience, We are so glad to know that you enjoyed the nature around and to hear that our staff provided you a good service. The grounds of this place are gorgeous. Little trail on the property. Our room had a view of the Arenal Volcano which was amazing. Nice room but there is a space between the door & floor on the main floor, so we did have a gecko (harmless) on the wall & black millipede on the floor (harmless). The room did... More

Very nice place clean and comfortable. Our second floor room had great views of the volcano. Relaxing pool with well landscaped grounds. Found very affordable especially considering it included breakfast. Front desk staff offered to show us a room and was very helpful. Breakfast wait staff was top notch . We will be back , Thank you.

Was our first destination after San Jose. The grounds and dining area/bar are very nice. Our room was very musty smelling upon arrival but then again you are in what can be a very humid climate. Room was clean, on the smaller side with great AC and an awesome view of the Volcano. Can't say enough about the staff, eager... More

We stayed at Casa Luna as part of our Groupon vacation. It was an amazing place. We stayed in Room A3 which gave us a wonderful view of the Arenal volcano. The restaurant serves free breakfast (buffet style), with alot to choose from. We also had a chocolate massage in the almost-outdoor spa (three walls with the open end looking... More

Am a big fan of trip advisor whenever I travel. Did not hesitate to grab a groupon for Casa Luna when it became available. My review and others you will read can not adequately praise the incredible service and facilities offered by the hotel and the tour opportunities offered through the on-site tour company Eco Terra. The staff will amaze... More
