We loved our stay. The individual cabins were extremely comfortable, provided plenty of privacy and a chance to feel as if you were staying in the heart of the jungle. If you need silence to sleep, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, going to sleep and waking up with the sounds of the jungle around you is amazing.... More

My husband and I booked our accommodations through a third party, but we were happy they chose Arenal Oasis. Great room, awesome location and very helpful staff. It was an authentic experience staying in a log cabin in the forest. In the morning you get a nice breakfast and they put out fruit to watch the birds eat while you... More

Stayed 2 nights. We arrived in the evening, so we were not sure what to expect the next morning...we were not disappointed. Although it was not to far from civilization, we were surprised of the amount of birds and other wildlife there. The service was excellent from the start with Pablo and Andreas, they were great, very helpful and friendly.... More

Lovely rooms, nice staff in a great location. The best place for breakfast, there are bird feeders foll of all sorts of different species. This place really suits nature lovers, especially if your into birds, bugs and frogs. I would highly recommend Arenal oasis.

We came to this place to see frogs.....and payed 40 USD. There were 20 poeple, who wanted to do this also!!!! and 3 guides. The trails are not very long, so that you could hear and see the other groups all the time. We saw one dart frog "blue jeans", discoverd from my friend, one bat in a termite nest... More

We weren't too sure when we checked in but this place grows on you. The rain was pounding down on our little bungalow and there were lots of sounds of nature all around - birds, frogs, dogs, rooster (who didn't stop crowing). You're in the rainforest so things never really dry out if they get wet. But the price was... More

Cabin is very cosy, surrounded by nature, silent area. At the restaurant you can spot lots of animals, food is good, fresh juice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nightwalk recommended, passionate guide with lots of humor. Wouldn't recommend the horse ride to the waterfall, not so exciting tour.

The location is a bit remote from La Fortuna, at about 3 kms. Having a car would certainly help. Accommodations are woodland cabins, which were very nice. There is a very small restaurant, which is very good for breakfast, but didn't seem to be used any other time. Plenty of bird activity and a good night walk available at the... More

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and loved it. It was very private. The room was a little musty, but it was the rainforest in the green season, so that's to be expected. You cant beat what you get for price. Its a short drive from downtown la fortuna, so you have access to anything you need. The... More

This small-scale hotel has a limited number of bungalows. It is situated in a big garden, which is very quiet. Bungalows are clean and have all basic comfort. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful/ The breakfast is basic (limited choice) but good.
