The grounds and cabins are fabulous: great views of the volcano, a nice hot spring in the grounds (in addition to a swimming pool), and very nice cabins for the price. Food is good with some highlights (breakfast and the quesadillas!). They have about 20 rooms in total. We were in room 17 and the wireless internet signal didn't reach... more

We were here with our extended family 10 people ages from 8 to 72. This is a great place clean beautiful grounds with an on site hot spring which tops it off. The location is close to town. and activities. The staff was warm and helpful. the were accommdating to the kids..We throughly enjoyed ourselves especially the hot springs. more

My boyfriend an I absolutely loved this place. It sets perfectly in the scenery, the chalets are romantic and cared in every detail with breathtaking views of the volcano (we would wake up at 5am just to take pictures!). We loved this hotel....we were so suprised at how pretty it was and the staff was great! We loved the food at the hotel and the black bean dip is the best we have ever had. The hot springs were perfect! We will definately be back! This place it worth every penny! more
