stayed at the resort Feb 3-7. Check in was fast and efficient. We were very early in the day and we had our key shortly after noon (normal check in 2 PM). Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. WIFI worked very well. Meals were very good with adequate portion size. Breakfast, included, had lots to choose from and very... More

The bungalows are absolutely beautiful. There are two tiers of prices for drinks lower in the bar than restaurant. A glass of wine is a lot cheaper in bar if you have a glass of wine in the restaurant you are talking about 16 dollars. Very clean and grounds are beautiful

This is exactly what it should be. The rooms are lovely, each with a patio looking towards the volcano, happily we saw the top more than once. The hot pools are beautifully laid out with a decent cool swimming pool and a great swim up bar. The a la carte in the main restaurant was good but the Italian was... More

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Loved our little villa. Loved being able to sit right outside our 'place' and enjoy the view of the volcano (despite the clouds!), the birds, the flowers....everything. People there went out of their way to make us comfortable. Always smiling, happy to please. Loved if we wanted a lift up to the restaurants,... More

It is our second stay at this hotel (first time was 4 years ago) and the resort looks unchanged. A true 4 star resort. Excellent service and very clean. The hot springs pools are immaculate surrounded by flowers, lush vegetation and birds. We saw toucanets, hummingbirds, turkey vultures, golden orioles, many other beautiful birds. Iguanas and Jesus lizards are also... More

After a month in the central pacific area and travelling 5-6hrs to get here via a twisty highway was worth it! The thermal pools, most welcoming after a long journey. Sadly the volcano was shrouded in mist...so next visit maybe Mother Nature will unvail it's beauty!

Lovely hotel in very spacious grounds with attractive swimming pool. Large comfortable room with a secluded terrace and garden. Two restaurants, one of them Italian, with a wide range of good food. The only problem was that the room allotted to us was at the furthest end of the site and far enough away to warrant a ride on the... More

We loved our stay here... The resort offers bungalows in immaculate well cared for grounds. Service is excellent and always delivered with a smile. Awake to hummingbirds on the porch and howling monkeys calling... We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel which was to a good standard. Cleanliness excellent and the springs are most welcome after a day... More

Spent 4 days at the hotel between Xmas and New Year with my family.Certainly not a bustling hotel and do not expect any nightlife. Not sure how good it would be for teenagers etc.The lodges are well maintained and very clean. Staff speak good English and are happy to help. Food reasonable value. Remember this not a city hotel! Rather... More
