My partner and I stopped here on a tour that we took. The bus ride was long from San José, but the end result was was beyond worth it! This property was gorgeous! The property and staff were amazing and the hot springs seemed endless! The Volcano made for an excellent picture! A must-see for anyone visiting Costa Rica!

This is a belated review for our family vacation in April 2014. The hotel is so beautiful - rivals any hotel I have ever stayed for beauty of grounds, views, and architecture. Staff was friendly and professional - especially the welcome team. The check in rivaled any 5 star property. Welcome cocktails (virgin for the kids) an overview of the... More

Excellent! Fantastic views of the volcano and terrific, friendly staff. Highly recommend! There is a gift shop on site and a choice of restaurants including a very good Italian. Breakfast has a good choice and they can easily arrange trips.

My wife and I recently stayed here for two nights as part of a guided tour of Costa Rica. It was pouring rain when we checked in and the Hotel provided large umbrellas for us to walk to our duplex room. All rooms face the volcano, with a private patio, two wooden rocking chairs and a table. Unfortunately, we were... More

This was our first stop and first time in Costa Rica. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I am a sucker for great service. The property is clean and beautiful. We were in Arenal for 3 days. We were able to go by the town near by for dinner one night and we ate at the hotel the other... More

I absolutely loved the resort grounds, the lodging and the staff but unfortunately their lack of wifi and the seemingly lack of knowledge and concern to get it repaired tainted the stay. As a working vacationer this oversight took a lot of the fun out of our stay at this fantastic location, we had to hoover in the lobby and... More

Upon arriving we were greeted by a very friendly staff. We were guided to our accommodations that had a very clear view of the Arenal Volcano looking out the floor to ceiling wide glass window. We put our bathing suits on and walked to the hot springs, passing superbly landscaped scenery. The cascading series of interesting shaped pools were a... More

This was our 3rd time staying at Arenal Springs Resort and Spa. We arrived Friday evening and were warmly greeted by the staff. We were give a room in the 300's which is close enough to the activities and has a great view of the volcano (of course, when there is no fog.) The Hot Springs themselves are amazing and... More

After a week at the beach in Manuel Antonio my granddaughter and I were ready for cool, refreshing La Fortuna and the area near Arenal Volcano. Arenal Springs Resort was just the ticket. We were greeted with fruit juice as our bags were taken into the lobby. Our room, a separate bungalow - as all the rooms are - was... More
