My wife and I loved this place, the rooms were big and clean with two queen beds. After over two weeks in Quepos in ashamed double bed this was a real treat. The staff is friendly and informative and will help you with a tour or assist you in doing your own thing. The breakfast buffet (included) was above average... More

Amazing experience... we went during off season and had no issues. The room was fantastic, they even gave us a free upgrade to volcano view, and it was spectacular. The pool and hot tub are excellent. The staff were great, they helped a lot with booking taxis and excursions. The restaurant food was excellent. Overall if you are staying in... More

I traveled with my husband and we stayed there for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay - the room was nice and there was a veranda with chairs and a table.. They offered strong wifi . During the day we had a beatiful view of the volcano. We used the pool and enjoyed beautiful, colourful greenery. The restaurant had... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for my honeymoon and we really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very clean and had air conditioning (a real luxury in Costa Rica). We spent one afternoon just lounging at the pool which was very nice. Breakfast was provided free every morning from the hotel restaurant Que Rico. We also had a few other... More

I was traveling with a friend who was undergoing chemotherapy. This hotel had a room phone! That's huge if you are from out of the country, and your cell phone doesn't work here. The other 2 you had to either walk to the desk if you needed something, or give up. The food was good, and available around the clock.... More

Incredible view of the volcano, very pretty grounds, close to everything, and a really great, inexpensive restaurant. My only complaint was that the screen for our bathroom window was broken, so we had a few ants in there. Definitely not the end of the world, especially considering you're in the middle of the jungle. Breakfast was good (coffee, tea, orange... More

Very comfortable room with a view of Arenal volcano right out front. Room is large and air conditioned. I think all the rooms are pretty much the same, with two double beds. The breakfast was included.

Each room is a casita or cottage. From our front porch, we could sit and watch steam coming from the Arenal Volcano. Very comfortable, excellent staff and a good restaurant. Pool and hot tub were well cared for and practically empty. Desk staff was wonderful at giving us ideas for things to do.
