The hotel was very clean, conveniently located in La Fortuna so both the area attractions and some night life were available. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We had a room with a great view of the volcano, but since it was facing towards the street, it also became a little noisy at night. If you are looking for a... More

We spent our first two nights in Costa Rica at this hotel. It is in a great location close to restaurants and shops as well as taxis and buses that take you up to the hot springs or to the Fortuna waterfall. The staff are very sweet and friendly and our room was imaculate. We had a honeymoon suite (as... More

The hotel is right in the middle of town, very clean and the staff is very friendly! The breakfast is pretty decent. The only negative is the walls are very thin, like other reviews say and the bustle starts very early in the morning. Avoid room #27 if you are a light sleeper, the sign is RIGHT outside the window... More

Spent two nights here to experience the Arenal Volcano and the hot springs... great value. this spot uses solar energy for hot water and electricity - really liked that. had a great time here and would stay again if ever visiting the neighborhood again!

Clean hotel with nice terrace, view over the volcano (with electric wires though), but we got a terrace room and do avoid them!! this hotel is an old tiny shopping center it looks like and those terrace room are former boutiques so basically privacy is limited with the window bay, even if the curtains help.... I guess if you have... More
