This is my favorite hotel ever. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. We had our own hot spring jacuzzi. It was so amazing. The view was excellent and the room was so nice. This hotel made my honeymoon. The people here were amazing. When you called them to get ice they were at your door before you hung up. The... More

The hotel is gorgeous, it is basically a compound that you would never have to leave but it is disgusting. If your looking to travel to Costa Rica for an adventure and to experience the true life and spirit of the country this is not the place for you. Nothing is real about the place. Even the rocks that surround... More

Checked in today at The Springs. Reserved a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom "with private garden terrace with outdoor infiniti edge whirlpool and volcano view." When we were shown to our room, we were taken to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. No private infiniti edge whirlpool. I immediately advise the nice man who is our "host" that this is not the... More

The Springs is a wonderful hotel with excellent service, fantastic views (even from Bed) amazing hot springs and pools, and great food. A little expensive for our budget but worth it for a special occasion.

The hotel is great. We did not stay here, we stayed at another hotel, but used the Springs services for $40 a person per day. Totally worth it! The water, the food, the ambience, all spectacular. The hot pools were so much fun and the slide was a nice bonus. Totally unexpected. Stayed for new year's eve. Sushi dinner was... More

While we did not have the pleasure of staying here, one of our activities we selected as part of our package was the day-pass at the Springs. We were 4 adults and 2 kids under 7 yrs old. After navigating the rough road off the main 'highway' it's amazing to see a really modern and posh resort in the middle... More

My girlfriend, daughter and I spent a couple days at the Springs in December. They room was clean, modern and well appointed. The hot pools were special and the service was excellent. We went on the tour of the animals with Allan, and he was excellent. David from the bell staff always smiled as did many employees. We travel a... More

I am a well travelled new yorker! This hotel, and its hot springs were amazing. Our room was beautiful, staff was efficient. The ONLY critique is that its river springs are not open at night( close at 4pm)..... and when you arrive, you immediately unload your car and valet, feeling rushed.

We stayed two nights at this hotel as a part of a Caravan Tour of Costa Rica. Our actual time at the resort was minimal due to our busy excursion schedule. The grounds are neatly manuicured and tropical with a beautiful pool area. The open air dining room was lovely! The property is spread out a bit which allows each... More

My Husband and I stayed at the resort in Mid-November. The resort is stunning and romantic. The spas and grounds were well tended and so relaxing. The people working at the resort we very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and the bathrooms (especially the tub) were amazing. I can't stress enough how beautiful and well kept this property... More
