We stayed at The Springs in July 2012 with our two boys who were 10 and 14 at the time. We all loved it. Like the other reviews said, the staff at this hotel is amazing. The concierge went out of her way to help us with the broken down rental car that we rented at the airport in San... More

EVERYTHING was unreal. We got married here and the staff were amazing, the views were breathtaking, and resort was pure perfection. The owners of the resort made sure our stay was going well several times during our stay/wedding and made sure our guests felt welcome. We can't wait to return and see our amigos!

We visited The Springs resort for one night while vacationing in Costa Rica with our two daughters. Our only regret is that we did not stay at this resort longer! Everything about it is incredible! When we arrived, Keilor greeted us and took us on a tour (complete with welcome drinks). Our room wasn't quite ready (we arrived hours before... More

This resort is terrific and the best part of it all is the staff. The treatment here is all five star. The staff will do anything for you and always happily. They are knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help you. The hot tub/spa/pool area is really unique because the design of the pool system lets... More

After spending some time at the Westin Playa Conchal, we drove into the jungle and were blown away by what was awaiting us at the The Springs Resort and Spa. The room was incredibly clean, and well appointed. The views from the Alta Vista balconies were sublime. The springs were incredibly relaxing, and surprisingly not crowded. The food was terrific... we did the hot springs as part of an arenal hiking tour. this included hike, hot springs, and dinner for $135/pp. considering transport from arenal observatory, and a great dinner, it was worth the price despite a lackluster hike. the springs: beautiful. try them at night for some extra mood lighting. the 100 meters to the additional los perdidos springs... This is one of those rare places where a beautiful setting conspires with great design to create an unforgettable experience. Rooms: huge, breathtaking views (we had the ones on the second level up). Bathrooms you could throw a party in Hot springs Lots of them, different kinds and temperatures. Spectacular at night with the mists rising to create a surreal... More

We had a great time here. We had a view of the volcano out our window, room was spacious and had a king size bed, the pool bar and sushi was awesome, breakfast was a great buffet, service was best we saw while in CR. Taxi into and from town ran $20 total but the hotels closer to town didn't... More

The Springs at Arenal is a truly awesome resort. The hot springs were so beautiful and felt really good. The people were most helpful and very kind. Wish we could've stayed longer. We hope to get back there again soon. We fell in love with Costa Rica. The Huval's
