This was the last step going back home form Costa Rica. We needed to be at 3:30 AM at the airport in the morning, so having this hotel so close (5 min drive) was good. We didn't have any noise annoyance. They picked us up on time. The food in the evening was average. The promised morning coffee and bananas... More

This hotel is perfect for those in transit at the airport. All the logistics went perfectly: pick-up at night and drop-off in the morning. Our pick-up driver knew our names, was very friendly and gave us lots of advice: it made for a nice welcoming to Costa Rica. The room was quiet and clean. Wake-up call was on-time and they... More

We stayed here for the first and last nights of our trip to Costa Rica as it is close to the airport and is supposed to have airport transfer. We arrived about 11pm, and were told a driver would be waiting with our name on a sign. No such person. We were diverted by a young man who told us... More

We chose to stay here on our last night in Costa Rica mainly due to reviews. So glad we did. It is an oasis just 5 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. No A/C but not needed with ceiling fan and lovely cool night air in Alajuela. Will stay here again and use as... More

This is a hidden jem in the middle of the city next to the international airport. The grounds make you feel like you are in the middle of a garden jungle. We expected to hear airport noise however the sound was so faint we wondered if it was a bird or a plane...still not sure. The Staff was increadably porfessional... More

We were here our first and last nights in Costa Rica. It was clean, comfortable and very pleasing to the senses. The balcony door/windows were so beautiful! Breakfast was excellent. We had many questions and much information was happily provided. The only glitch was that we were supposed to be picked up at the airport when we got in after... More

We stayed at this hotel two nights. The rooms are cleen and nice, but there is not much space to put your stuff. The bathrooms are spacious. The balcony was great and it was quiet in the evening. I was disappointed to find out that the wifi did not work in our room although they had said it would. We... More

This inn is situated in a nit so great neighnorhood;however, it is very secure. The building itself is very pretty, and the grounds and pool are inviting. The staff made an excellent suggestion regarding our rental car and helped us return it the night before our departure.

We had arranged for the hotel to pick us up at the airport but some how that didn't work out. We took a short cab ride and found a neat little oasis in the city. We woke up to a beautiful day, very attractive grounds and a nice tipical style breakfast served with some lovely jugo y cafe. I recommend... More

This hotel is so close to the airport you expect to be bothered by aeroplane noise but San Jose airport is small and not busy. It's perfect because it takes a 10 minutes’ drive to get to the airport from the hotel, and it's in a very nice seemingly secluded green part, which isn't actually the case as you are... More
