Was staying at the hotel because of work and service was terrible from the start. Dial-up wifi, cigarette burns in non-smoking room. Extremely rude housekeeper expecially the head of housekeeping (Ms. Jackie thanks)

Stayed her last week. I was tremendously impressed with this property. I realize it is an Economy motel but this place was great. The lady at the front desk was among the nicest motel/hotel employees I have ever met. Even though it is an older motel, they have maintained it nicely. My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.... More

We stayed here for a football weekend because it was the only place still available. My first clue that it was not a great place was the woman who checked us in, who barely looked up when I walked in. I thought Southerners were friendly !! Our room smelled like mold, and we discovered black mold spots around the tub... More

After Capstone Hotel messed up my reservation, i found a om at this hotel that was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The hotel is old, but they are trying their best to keep it well painted and clean.

Stayed only one night, as we were traveling thru. It had one of the nicest front desk clerks I have dealt with. She was business like and professional with warm sincere greetings for a couple of weary travelers. The room was clean and nicely appointed for a "discount" price. We paid about $73 (included extended checkout) for the night and... More

The sheets were stained, BLUE and smelled! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Breakfast was pretty crappy- food didn't seem fresh at all! NOT a good place to stay if you have kids!!! Oh and better forget about swimming since the pool was closed and the trash was overflowing. Just a bad experience all around!

Came to visit from Kentucky for a 3 day weekend. Stayed here one night. The bathroom ceiling was COVERED in mold. Around the toilets were filthy. Chairs were broke and when you open the refrigerator it fell out in the floor. We checked out and went up the street to microtel! Not to mention having to smell marijuana smoke coming... More

This is a very old Motel in need of a lot of work! It's in a convenient location, just off the Interstate with plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The motel is old, old, old and needs update desperately.

We stayed at this hotel during a football weekend and all I can say is "Run"!. Our room was horrible, including blood stains on the shower curtain, vomit stains on the chair, mildew in the shower, a rattling air conditioner, and sheets and pillows that have to be 20 years or older. The breakfast is an absolute joke consisting of... More

My sister and I planned our Family Weekend vacation in July and this was the only hotel that was still avaliable in the Tuscaloosa area at that time. It looks relatively nice on the outside, but the inside is disgusting. There was some sort of black mold-like substance on the walls and when we opened the door a rush of... More
