This would be a "best value" if you were in a third world country where people live in mud huts. We were given a first floor room that had flies in the window, a greasy desktop and mirror that looked like it had been cleaned with a greasy cloth. Bedspreads had stains and holes. Sheets were barely on the bed... More

We found this location in a hotel coupon book for $39.99. It drew us in but what a mistake that was! This place is in horrible condition. The rooms are extremely dirty, the bedding is very old, worn and thin. We were afraid to take off our shoes before getting onto the bed because the carpet was so dirty. We... More

I rented a room yesterday june 6th 2014. I got a smoking room. When I got there I noticed that the ceiling was leaking and yellowish drops of "water" hanging from the ceiling in bathroom and in front of the sink in the main room. This was room 110. I went to go get a transfer. The fat lightskin lady... More

This has got to be a persons nightmare. I should have known when they give you a discount before you see the room. Was a smoking room but usually you can smell smoke not urine... Carpet should have been changed last century...pool covered with tarp but then I guess end of may might be too early to get outside pool... More

I booked this hotel in Feb for a May 3 day stay. On arrival, it took 30 minutes to check in. The clerk "was trying to find rooms for us" she kept saying "we have a lot of reservations" I was one of them. We requested one double room and one king. My parents were with us and we wanted... More

Look, its a cheap hotel. I wasn't thrilled, but I don't have any major complaints either. Room was clean, beds comfortable... we just needed a place to pull off and sleep and this place was cheap and suitable. We came here after demanding a refund from the nearby Motel 6 which was HORRRRRRRIBLE! In a scale of 1-10 I give... More

I was in a bind and needed a place to stay without being overly charged. I read some reviews and thought I would stay here. The room smelled, wires were coming out of the wall, and having a room behind the hotel was a little scary. I also woke up itchy. The breakfast was a Danish and weak coffee. The... More

Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and non smoking. 4 miles from U of Al, Fair pricing. Exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay there during the next 4 yrs when I visit my child at U of A ROLL TIDE!
