Our party of 4 adults stayed in the Weems and Webster rooms for 2 nights. Lee made us incredibly welcome and gave us a lot of background information about himself and his beautiful home. The beds were really comfy and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, even bathrobes and slippers were provided. There was a communal fridge offering complimentary... More

This is our third visit to Somerset House B&B and it gets better and better with every visit. We especially liked the host's Belgian waffles; they were light as a feather, not to mention delicious! Their recommendations for restaurants for the evening meal was spot-on and very enjoyable. Somerset is a true jewel.

We enjoyed our stay at Somerset. Lee was a wealth of information about the house and the area. The home was beautiful and spotless. They were many amenities at your finger tips. The breakfast Lee prepared was delicious. The porch was a relaxing place to lounge. We would stay again when in the area!

We came down for the Richard Petty Driving Experience and chose to stay at Somerset House due to its close proximity to the race track. The home is beautiful and very well cared for. As a Realtor, I have pretty high standards when it comes to B&B and Somerset has the nicest and most comfortable rooms of any I have... More

We had a great experience at the Somerset. A coworker and I spent one night there. We arrived pretty late but the innkeeper had waited up (and left a note for us in case he didn't hear us at the door). We also requested a very early breakfast which he was gracious about providing. The house and furnishings were beautiful... More

Nice house and good room and breakfast was fine. Innkeeper was friendly and helpful. Good, but lacking that extra something that makes a B&B special. Nearby, only one average restaurant opens on a Monday.

How can I say enough about this wonderful place??? This Bed & Breakfast by far, is the best stay I have had in a very long time. The house is wonderfully restored with ALL the modern conveniences you would want. The host and hostess went out of their way to make us feel at home. The house is located in... More

A friend and I recently stayed at the Somerset House and were truly impressed. The hosts were most gracious and the room was warm and cozy. The homemade waffles for breakfast were out of this world! We would definitely return!

My husband stayed at the Somerset for the first time on our honeymoon nearly 8 years ago. The inn is beautiful, the rooms are nice, and the breakfast is scrumptious. We stayed again 2 years ago on our anniversary. The service and hospitality are unbeatable. We will be back again.
