This accomodation was just outside of the city in a nondescript area. The other guests that I stayed with called this place "the worst they had ever stayed in." There is a seedy massage parlor located on the 2nd or 3rd floor, which appeared very unclean and dark. Mattresses were as hard as a rock, probably would have had better...
