Booked at room at a rate of $96 a night. Were told the room was oversold and the only room left was a suite. The rate was double. Having thoroughly researched the hotels of Shanghai I reserved a room in the Dijon Hotel for the following reasons. 1. Most reviewers recommended staying on the Puxi side of the river. 2. The Dijon is located on 20 min from center city by metro which is the quickest and cheapest way to move round the city. 3. Fantastic value working... more
