We booked this hotel because it was close to a summer class my kids were supposed to take in Pudong, but on arrival the class was cancelled. The hotel is fine, but the only restaurant open was the Italian one. We could not even order rice or any Chinese food from room service. The concierge spoke very, very little English,... more
