After reading some of the very negative reviews of this place I was hesitant to stay here, but my company is holding a conference here this week had already booked my room. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel, the staff, and my room, very accommodating. It's considered a four-star hotel. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if that... More

The carpets in the room are stained and dirty all over. The bed is so hard it's what you'd expect at a Marine Boot Camp. The food is terrible and stale. I am not disgruntled this place is just really low quality. seriously, I'm sure a lot of the good reviews must be fake

HUGE bed, love it so much. Bigger than king size bed, maybe 2,2m x 2m. Also Located nearby minimarket, street foods, etc. U can walk to authentic shao kao seller for dinner. Hotel Very comfy and nice staff, good english as well. Okay breakfast. Good price.

The included breakfast was very good. The interior of the lobby and rooms was very nice. The safe was not attached to anything and could be removed by anyone. This was a negative. The hotel was a 30 min walk to nearest Metro stop.

Do not stay here!!! Dirty rooms. Staff doesn't speak English. Food is bad, buffet and a la carte. The bed is so hard. They run a brothel on the fifth floor and disguise it as a spa! If you're with family DO NOT COME HERE! if your an employer, don't send someone here. If hookers are your thing, than this... More

We had a nice time at this hotel, with good size room, although bed was rather hard. Food was plentiful if you liked Chinese. We found Mike Xu (chief Concierge) very helpful indeed, and would like to thank him, as we would have been lost without him. During our stay there seemed to be a large number of students staying... This place is old and dirty. Hotel staff speaks hardly any English and does not care about customers. Breakfast quality is below average. Hot buffet items are cold or lukewarm, Executive club closed on weekends.

I spend a week in Shanghai in the beginning of November. The hotel itself was good, breakfast was delicious with European and Chinese foods. Service was good and there was always taxis near to hotel- The only problem was that since the hotel was in Pudong, no taxi was interested to drive to the downtown and the only way to... More
