Location, great room and amenities, and the best Hainan chicken rice on the planet. The staff is friendly and helpful and all speak English very well. Stayed there 12/11/14 - 17/11/14 on a family holiday. Pretty much a let down from the start, breakfast looks amazing on the surface. Stayed at Pullman in July 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From entering the lobby, I was greeted by welcoming staff and the check in process was very smooth. The rooms were spacious and had all the required amenities. It's close to shops, restaurants and sights

Stayed at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway during my China business trip. Checked in very late and was automatically upgraded to the suite on the top floor. I have booked 2 nights for 2 rooms, they only provide 1 night key card, and request for more deposit from me as a platinum member. Maybe I will never stay here in the future. the manager didn't accept my request until I shouting him.

Pullman skyway used to be a fantastic hotel but it has suffered by some frankly stupid decisions to ruin what used to be so good about the hotel in the last two years (since my last stay at the same hotel).
