usual story : acme residence/service apartments had to hv been very nice when hit the market after completion. Then due a mixture of poor care and extra average materials (furniture + tiles in the bathroom+kitchen and especially in the entrance hall), it seems to be there since 30 years.........i spent there 20 days.
