Stayed just one night at this dreadful Hotel at the end of a wonderful trip to China. Breakfast was awful ,room was tatty and unclean though staff were pleasant . Would not recommend anyone to stay here . more

A Kuoni recommended hotel - however, not in next year's brochure!! Very disappointing. I have just returned from a stay at the RuiTai Hotel in Shanghai and have to say that it was rather disappointing. I would liken it to a Travelodge hotel. Rooms are clean (except the carpets) but very basic and a lot of them face out onto a very noisy main road. Breakfast isn't up to much unless you like... more
