“3 day stay at the Graceland International Hotel,Shanghai”

I stayed with my family at this hotel back in July,2012.It is at a great location and has a great view of the city but and the overall stay can be rated as 'ok'..not excellent service by the staff and the rooms were in good condition, but not exactly great..

I was in this hotel for 15 days with my family. In the start they gave us very bad rooms with orrible view and not clean. After our complaint they changed our rooms with better one.
