By far, this is one of the worst hotel i have stayed so far in Shanghai. The service quality is really poor and the hotel location just dont make it. The rooms are dirty and bed linens are really filthy. I had spent my nights there scratching away! This hotel doesnt deserve the five star rating at all in my... More

It was my second time staying at this hotel. This time I booked and stayed on the club floor. Room was large and "looked" good. This time the toilet amenities were branded items. Not sure if it was because I stayed at the club floor or they changed them in all rooms. Staff on the business centre and club lounge... More

This hotel was a good spot for our buisness trip. Location was not bad and the rooms were nice with a great view of the city. Breakfast was good with a large variety. Wifi worked better in the room then in the lobby or 2nd floor. Most of the staff spoke spoke English but some did not which made it... More

I stayed in this hotel for a conference in the same place and my impression was mostly average apart from the room which was quite good. The hotel is quite expensive, I got a special rate because of the conference and even with the discount it was expensive. There are a few restaurants in the hotel however I had all... More

So this was my first trip to Shanghai, and I was at a conference at the hotel. On the positive side, my room was large, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The staff were friendly, the coffee shop in the lobby particularly ( great decaf cappuccino as well!) The location isn't central, but it's fairly easy to get to the... More

Good place for a medium conference, but if you want to walk along the river or visit a roof top bar for the evening, you have to take a taxi. Be aware that taxis may are a while to come in prime time. I waited for 40 mins and needed to catch a train.

I have stayed here a few times on business. Convenient location, as our company office is in the same building (hotel lobby, restaurant and conference rooms on lowest floors, then commercial offices, gym/pool on 26th floor and then bedrooms all the way up to 53rd floor!). Use their limo from the airport (not cheap at 750RMB) and you get express... More

This has been my choice of hotels in Shanghai for years, while things have been changing here ... To be honest, I am saddened to see this place go to shambles in front of my own eyes, the flow of prostitutes is like water running from the tap!! Even in the lobby, prostitutes sitting around with the hotel security and... More

The Longemont in Shanghai has a good location. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The restaurant in the lobby level is really nice. Good service and good international kitchen. The front office is mostly confused. They need a little more training. Be careful if you order taxis in the hotel. they will charge you instead of 20 RMB over... More

Had a very good experience during my business trip to shanghai! Room is neat nice and clean, very helpful and friendly staff..however the food in the buffet should be more international as options are limited! Overall it was very good for business trips..I definitely enjoyed the busy city view from my room at the 42nd floor!
