The last stop on our Wendy Wu tour. Room was fairly large and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower. There were some rough edges on the tiling but otherwise ok. Breakfast was good but always very busy. The most annoying element in this hotel was the lift. Often only 2 out of 4 working, 25 floors and... More

I booked my stay online on their own website. Booking was easy but the confirmation email was in chinese. I don't read chinese or speak it for that matter so I emailed to confirm that the booking had been made. I got no reply. 7 emails later there was still no reply. I thought ok...I'll turn up and hope for... More

Best bed I slept in China. Only 2 elevators were working out of four. very difficult when traveling with 136 people and they didn't always stop on floors etc... The wifi was very spotty and would not always work in the room which was frustrating at time. Breakfast was on the 25th floor. It was fine.

Good hotel, but in a location with no restaurants and the hotel's one closes at 9pm....good breakfast and soft beds (who travels China can understand...usually beds are made of stone)....the staff is completely useless: no english and no efforts to try to understand any request.....also at the reception.Internet works badly and everyone gives a different server name and password for connection.

I stayed at this hotel with my tour group during my China trip – Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. It was one of the good hotels during my stay in China. Room is spacious, clean and with free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately I did not have chance to test hotel Wi-Fi. I stayed there for two nights. There are many choices available... More

Nice lobby, slow check in almost 15 minutes, money exchanger available. Few meters away fish restaurant and small shop. Nice breakfast buffet on floor 25 facing The Bund, with good and helpful staff. Room is a bit small but with a nice view to the crowded roads. Hot water at all times. Room service is perfect. I recommend this hotel... More

This hotel is not bad, the rooms are large, the bathroom ok and overall a nice hotel with a good position. But the cleaning of rooms should be better, at first sight it seems ok, but looking better, the dust has not been removed from fridge and furnitures. The hotel is right in front of Shanghai peoples hospital, only 8-10... More

I stayed at this hotel with my study abroad group. It was one of the better chinese hotels that I stayed in. It was clean and the room wasn't humid so that was good. They had western and chinese breakfast. It was okay. Honestly, I prefer the western chain hotels to any chinese hotel. However, it is good to experience... More

Stayed for three nights on the 20th floor in a room facing the rear of the hotel. Perfectly adequate and middle-of-the-road type hotel. Nothing particularly outstanding or memorable but fine for a few nights. Windows were drafty and provided limited insulation against the traffic noise but service was efficient and breakfast was good with a wide range of Chinese and... More
