Stayed 5 nights at Sharms hotel with my wife and little son. We were surprised of the good location of the hotel, to that low price. The room was ok, even though the wiew was not against the street. Bathroom were clean, but not spotless. I used my own WiFi (each room has their own cable), so I didn't try... More

One of the dirtiest hotel ever stayed in china. Other than the location nothing is worth mentioning. Very dirty, outdated rooms. The concerige lied to us that the line 2 of subway is not working because he wanted us to take taxi from them to go to the airport. Don't stay at this cigarette smelling hotel. The breakfast is not... More

Location is the big plus for the Charms Hotel, Shanghai. The rooms were adequate and functional, a little dated but otherwise ok. The bellboy and concierge are very good at organising expensive transfers – advice is to organise your own or get stung. This is an average hotel in a great location. It is close to Nanjing Road, The Bund,... More

The best part of this hotel is the location and that's why I have stayed there many times. The rooms and breakfast are of just average quality. But, the hotel is located just off of Nanjing Dong Lu the pedestrian shopping street and a very short walk from the People's Square metro station. For the price, it's the best around.

When I got to the hotel, the service clerk was extremely rude and told me they cancelled my booking because I did not arrive before 6pm for my check-in and offered me a room that was double the price I was originally going to pay. So I was left with nothing else to do but book the more expensive room.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights recently. The hotel is ok, but the location is great, just one street back from the Nanjing pedestrian mall. The price was great for the location, additionally it is quite close to the peoples square subway station.

The hotel is a 3 star hotel located very close to Nanjing Lu, the pedestrian street in Shanghai. It is also within walking distance to the famous Bund. It comes with free WiFi. Public transportation is close by with a bus stop right outside the hotel. Subway station is also within walking distance. Taxis are easily available around the area.

Location. Location. Location. Very near to the shopping streets of Nanjing Road East. City attractions are walking distance only. Nearest subway is People's Park. Room is ok with all the basics you need but sometimes we hear some loud noise from other rooms.Maybe it's their bathroom heater or something. Stayed on 11th flr. The end of the shopping streets is...
