I checked in the hotel on Nov 3rd for 2 nights. When I checked my room it was 25 degree Celsius. I set the temperature to 18 C and left the room for dinner. When I returned, the temperature was still 25C. I decided it was due to the sun shining on the window all day so I thought it... More

I have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and both times my stay has been very pleasant. Tip: ask for a fan on check in as the air con is run on a warm setting. The rooms are cleaned properly and efficiently every day. The hotel also arranged a transfer to and from the airport, this was also very good.

Although there's not much within walking distance, it's a great place to stay if you have business in the area - the staff is wonderful and very attentive and the rooms are very comfortable. The executive lounge has a nice Continental breakfast with eggs made to order. The lobby staff will call you a taxi and make sure the driver... More

An hotel to stay if you have business to do in the area. Restaurant is without interest as such as breakfast without speaking of the location. The bar always empty …Spa was closed so impossible to test.

Stayed here for a business trip in early August. The hotel is quite near to the Caohejing Hi-Tech park. The Service is courteous and the staff do their best to make you comfortable. Air Conditioning was not working properly for the first 2 nights on the executive floor but the problem was quickly rectified when I brought up the issue... More

I had just one day stop in Shanghai so I planned to stay somewhere close to Nanjing Road to see this city center at night. But finally I ended up in this hotel and although it is within reach of subway line 1 and 9 I found its location a bit remote from the center. My hotel room was spacious,... More

I recently stayed at this property for a week. I was booked in standard room and my observations are as follows 1) The room is quite spacious and can easily accommodate 2 people without inconvenience. Bed was quite comfortable. 2) Room provides all the facilities such as refrigerator, all required toiletries, etc. 3) I find AC to be less effective.... More

I have stayed at this Ramada many times in the last few years. Although a bit far away from the area my business is concentrated , it was always a good option considering comfort at a reasonable (price). Last year , however, I was a bit disappointed with the conditions of the rooms. The service was regular as always but... More

For an international brand hotel, Ramada tries to impart an image of good quality hotel unlike road-side shut-eye motels run by independent owners in the US. But, when it comes to the level of service, they hardly reach the level expected of in truly high class hotels. I stayed at a suite room arranged by my client because there was... More

I've stayed at the Ramada in Caohejing several times over the last few years, and it's really starting to decline. On arrival it looks nice enough, the lobby, bar, and little coffee shop are all in good shape. The service has always been a little off. The staff is helpful enough, but it's the kind of place where you always... More
