I just had a very nice stay here. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There are 3 good restaurants, the breakfast is excellent but a little pricey. There is not too much around the hotel, but a number of restaurants and microbreweries are a 5 minute cab ride away, and the metro to the city is a short walk. It... More

Staying at this hotel is a very, very comfortable experience. Staff is extremely helpful, the whole hotel is modern and clean. The lounge service especially is outstanding. Really, one of the best hotels in Shanghai. It isn't cheap, but for the service and quality level, it's worth it. Highly recommended.

Like most hotels I stayed in during my China trip, this hotel was very modern, but also very beautiful. The hotel is not in the city center, so be warned that you will be spending a lot of cab fare to get to the tourist attractions. Location aside, I greatly enjoyed this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature... More

I just spent one night, but the hotel seemed very top end. However, I could not get the options I asked for (Large bed), no apology was offered. The hotel is Conveniently located by the high-tech park, close to Hongqiao train station and airport.

Not a great location for tourists but great if like me you have business nearby. A very modern hotel with funky furnishings, lobby and restaurant. Lovely rooms with very comfortable beds and a great restaurant and bar. Highly recommend for the area.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour with ChinaTour.com. LOCATION: This hotel is in the middle of a high tech park/business area. Great if you are doing business in the area, but not so great a location for the tourists since there are no restaurants, shops, bars, markets, etc within walking distance that we saw. There are... Really 5 star service and catered around the business traveller which is great when you know you have no time for sightseeing. From the efficient check in, sumptuous breakfast choices, concierge assistance and general friendliness from all of the staff I really felt welcome and important. The room is very comfortable for doing your reports and email and the beds... More

I had just one night here on a recent business trip and was very impressed - quick and efficient check in and transfer of luggage to room. Rooms are very large and well equipped - bed and pillows very comfortable, spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a very good choice from a selection of worldwide cuisines. I think a hotel's staff has a good service mind and speak English very well. Breakfast is o.k. but it looks like seats are not enough at peak time. At my bedroom, everything is fine except a first day of my stay, I found a bathtub is dirty and it has a lot of some debris and hair in the... More
