Vis-a-vis Four Seasons in HK, the Shangri-la deluxe room (facing back), a staple for business travelers, is a letdown. But it's adequate with free wifi and a (busy) gym, which is also on the small side. The location is excellent, close to 2 large shopping centres with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Had dinner in Yi Cafe one night, the selection is amazing and staff are very quick to clear dirty plates etc. If you can, upgrade to the club rooms as the club lounge is great. I could not come up with a complaint if I was forced to. An immaculate hotel with an AMAZING breakfast buffet. Great service and I love the way the entire hotel smells. You will not be disappointed. I loved the river view, especially at night. More
