We were booked here for four nights in mid-April. There was an open sewer line next to the hotel, and the windows were not soundproof so sleeping with earplugs was the only way to drown out the traffic noise. I found this hotel on the net and booked it mainly due to the location, right in the middle of Tibet Rd (Xizang South Rd), which is less then 5 minutes stroll to Hua Hai Rd and another 5 minutes on straight up the road to Peoples Sq. Our experience was not satisfactory. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days in hotel & I wonder how this hotel got a 3* rating. The towels in bathroom were torn on all days.
