“Feel frustrated staying here”

“Internet and service problems”

There is no wifi connection available in room, which is surprising. You are forced to connect through cable (only laptop, forget iPad). Service in reception (HHonors area) far from friendly and helpful. Hotel to be chosen only if location is convenient (my case).

“Good hotel for business”

I stayed at this property on two separate nights. The rooms were of a very high standard as was the decor around the whole of the hotel. The only short coming was that the restaurants and bars close at 10pm sharp Do go and experience the revolving restaurant it has created views

“Excellent Service”

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Their service and rooms were excellent. The service they provide to HHonors memebers are great. The only bad thing about the hotel is the internet. They need to improve the internet service. The WiFi didn't work that well and the wired service was very slow.
