Not a great experience as had several "disagreements" with the management about the limo pickup at the airport and return as I requested that it be added to my room bill but they wanted cash. They also take a sizeable deposit when you check in and as soon as you are over (even 20RMB) the receptionist will start chasing you... More

The overall rating of this hotel causes me to question the entire rating system of Tripadvisor. If THIS hotel is rated approximately 400 of the almost 4000 hotels in Shanghai? I don't buy it. The system is broken. This hotel has layers. The first layer looks impressive with the reflecting pool amidst the layer 1 and 2 buildings, but if... More

This is a simple hotel, providing you all basically things you need. English is a slight problem as only a few person are able to understand or speak. WLAN is available in all room and included into the rooms charge. Breakfast is in the most arrangements included and available in Chinese and western execution. A transport to the airport by... On the plus side: a location close to the tech and science activities in Pudong. Rooms that are reasonably well furnished. Friendly service. Free wifi. On the minus side: Breakfast in a hall that is too small to accommodate all coming guests and a below average quality breakfast buffet that makes minimal concessions to Western tastes and preferences. Dirty carpets... More

We stayed only one night in this hotel. Our room (2717) had very dirty carpet. It looked like the carpet of a dirty, run-down restaurant. The wallpaper was falling off at several places. The ceiling of the shower had mold. The lobby was shiny and clean though, obviously the management doesn't care about the rooms. Luckily the only clean part... More

Room I got had wet carpets, seemed a little run down although not very old hotel. Needs regular maintenance. And being a vegetarian hoped the so called western restaurant could offer some dishes, but none. And both their restaurants close by 8pm.

Beautiful hotel in central of Hongkong. Central of shopping and dinning area. Walking distant to other restaurants which open very late at night. The front desk staff also very supportive to help what ever question you have. Recommend.

First off : the address is as Garydpdx and Joe from Boston mentioned not correct, we also had to instruct our taxi-driver (fortunately my wife is Chinese). We found the hotel clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. Room and bathroom are a nice size. Unlike the German lady mentioning problems with foreign credit cards we did not experience... This is a great business hotel but because if its odd location in Pu Dong, only if you need to be there. Like Joe from Boston, my hotel printout lead the taxi to dump me at the entrance of ZTE Corporation, while the hotel is on the diagonal opposite side of the campus. The hotel may have once been a...
