Stayed there for 3 nights on a business trip. Staff speaks 6/10 English which is more than you can ask for in Shanghai! They were attentive to requests and did their best in catering to them. I stayed for about 5 days in the hotel and enjoyed my stay. Was given complimentary minibar (2 days once). The breakfast spread was wonderful with all sorts of food. The hotel is also located just next to the Kerry Mall. Overall a good experience, only drawback to me is that the hotel is quite far off from the city.

“Great hotel in Pudong”

Great and clean hotel in Pudong. The gym and amenities were great. The gym is huge, about the size of a normal fitness club in the US. The hotel was about 20 min drive to downtown and zhangjiang high tech park.

“Great stay”

I have had a great stay at the Kerry Hotel, Shanghai. All facilities were excellent, great restaurants, pool, gym, next to a shopping mall for more food options and small shopping, good communication with metro and easy connection with Maglev, good size room with far away and misty view on the towers.

A fantastic hotel, easily reached from the maglev. Sits above a modern shopping centre which is attached to a tube station for line 7. Which provides a cheap and quick way to get around the city.
