We had an overall great stay at Hotel Nikko. The hotel is in a great location, it is walking distance from the very nice quarters of French Consession where many great restaurants are found. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, the beds were wonderful! We stayed two nights on 19:th floor in what I believe a delux room. Wonderful... More

I was expecting a lot more from the hotel. At our arrival we were given a room facing Yan An road which is unbelievable noisy. We asked for an immediate change and were given a room facing the gardens. That was great. The room was modern and very clean, with transparent glass walls bathroom, warm toilet seat and soft towels.... More

Having been to Japan numerous times and stayed at Nikko hotels, which by the way are perfect hotels for business travellers, I was expecting the same level. How wrong I was. The breakfast and the food in general was pathetic. The rooms also seem a bit worn out. I am glad I came alone and was on a business trip.... More

I was on and off living in this hotel for most of the time this year, which is a challenge for every hotel as you see and experience too many details. But Nikko staff, esp. from Sales makes it pretty easy to dislike the place. After I have been in Nikko Hotels in Japan as well, I decided to change... More

This is a nice hotel - rooms are big and very well presented, the staff are friendly, the executive suite on the 25th floor is extremely accommodating, and the breakfast buffet is OK, so I feel a bit mean giving only 3 stars. My issue was that it's a business trip, and I really needed wifi. They do offer a... More

My partner and I stayed in this hotel while my partner was in Shanghai on business. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the room is large and nice. The service is absolutely horrendous, and so is the food. From the second we walked in, the service was terrible. They could hardly greet us when... More

Great business hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Especially like the instant dim/transparent windows in the bathroom. Food and service were great. While there are some things around the hotel, most of the real action is still a quick cab ride away. Would have been nicer to be able to walk everywhere, but then the price probably goes way... Hotel is very clean and comfortable, nice view in 16th floor, breakfast is also nice. not many restaurants and shopping places in walking distance, better take a taxi, but still good for the value! 很乾淨的旅館,風景和早餐都很不錯,但沒有什麼餐廳和shopping mall, 搭taxi 比較方便。
