I have slept in this hotel for four nights with access to the executive lounge. The hotel is really comfortable, the room was nice and with enough space for three people. No internet for free (100 CNY per day) except in the executive lounge. The big problem of this hotel is represented by the employees: they were absolutely rude and... More

The hotel is very nice, very clean since it is fairly new. We stayed in the executive floor which is on the same floor as the executive lounge which became our extended living room. We had a great time relaxing there after a tiring day of shopping and sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and very helpful to us. The... More

We bought a package with this hotel. This hotel is quite new with modern design. Everything is clean and compact. As it is a business hotel, it is equipped with a small swimming pool and a gym which can satisfy the clients. Also, the printer, scanner and computer is free of charge at the lobby, though they charge money for... More

We stayed for three nights at the end of a very busy week in China. I am a MR Platinum so it impossible that non elites will not have as great of an experience, but I doubt. Whe we checked in we (my wife and I) were given a room on the 29th floor. Whe. We arrived we heard a... More

This is a relatively new hotel. The facilities are good and clean. Room size (standard room) is quite good and acceptable, and decor is light wood which adds to the feeling of spaciousness. There is no free in-room broadband (quite unusual for China hotels of this standard). However, guests are able to use the restaurant workstations during breakfast for no... More

PROS: Great value for the rate charged. Comforting exterior and inviting lobby. Staff are plentiful, helpful and most are relatively fluent in English. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Buffet breakfast in MOMO Cafe has a great selection and was delicious. Always a taxi available from the doorman (most destination fall within a RMB20 radius). A block from the Metro... More

Pros: new hotel, rooms nicely decorated, quiet and comfy, well-equipped gym, super clean, 3 nights for the price of 2 off-season, easy check-in/check-out, probably the best breakfast in Shanghai, can't wait to go back. Cons: few tourist attractions around, heavy construction in the area, unimpressive view, internet connection unstable, staff at Momo Lounge should be either re-trained or fired, staff... More

Very clean rooms, we had the 2 double beds. Beds were comfortable, big bathrooms and overall we were happy with the room. Location wise, it was quite close to the train station, but there are not many places to eat/shop around the hotel. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was when I asked one of the staff where... At first glance (at the time of booking), the hotel seemed like a perfect choice. Reasonably central location, very new, very stylish and modern design and great room rates (50% off for Suites at the time). And since Marriott is the brand I use most often when taking a standard house in the mass market, it seemed like the obvious... More

Stayed two nights in this really nice hotel before I realized it took too long to get to work and transferred to Marriott Hongqiao. Overall very good hotel, very nice room, great bed but average breakfast and not very good english skills of the concierge. Executive lounge was nice.
