We came to Shanghai for 3 days and extended for additional night due to Typhoon in HK. We ordered a 2 bedrooms but upgraded to 3 bedrooms. The residence is huge and has lots of space with spectacular view of Shanghai & Xin Tian Di. All 3 rooms in good conditions. Only the bathroom need to get little work since... More

Good quality apartments in a fantastic location - right on top of Xintiandi and walking distance to lots of other sites. Very spacious apartments, with good amenities. Hard wooden floors were very loud, but thankfully we didn't seem to have anyone staying above us.

Wonderful large serviced apartments in the heart of Xintiandi. Very helpful front desk with good English. Beautiful clean property. For breakfast, head east along Taicang Rd for three blocks and turn left on to Songshan Rd for 50m and there is a steamed bun and pancake stand - simply delicious. See the long lines of locals getting breakfast. But it's... More

I loved the European feel of these apartments. The view from our apartment balcony overlooking the city was great. Apartments are spacious in convenient and upscale area of Shanghai. The property is well managed, and has beautiful secure grounds

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, which we found perfect for our needs. Very clean & comfortable. The service was excellent & all staff were very helpful. We only had one person each in the 2nd & 3rd rooms so they were very comfortable in their small double beds - it would be a bit of a squeeze to... More

You cant beat the location, it is 3 mins walk to XinTianDi. The apartment is well anointed with all the key necessities necessary for a serviced apartment. The beds are comfortable, sheets are clean and the bathroom is of a good size with a nice tub.

Staying in Xintiandi

Neighborhood Profile
Xintiandi
The refurbishment of a block of old shikumen into a carless entertainment center called Xintiandi, filled with restaurants, shops and bars, turned this area below South Huangpi Road into one of Shanghai’s most fashionable areas. Luxe condos house people who can afford the high-end brands that fill the malls and shops along Madang Road. The pleasant Taipinghu Park provides the area with green space and is also home to Shanghai Fashion Week twice a year. It’s not all glitter and glamour, though, as the rise of Danshui Road has given the Xintiandi area a shot of toned-down character. Small bars and cafes, mostly owned by locals, have people hanging out in a formerly quiet, unassuming part of the neighborhood.
