If you are coming from the west this is a great spot to stay. The staff are attentive, the rooms are nice and you are in walking distance of EXPO. Great breakfast. I stayed in a loft suite but think I rather be on a higher floor. If you are shy the bathroom set up is not for you. No... More

This hotel provided an enjoyable stay in Shanghai for 2 nights. The location is not central but also not far, and the hotel is directly above a metro stop. It is opposite a large park and the front of the building affords excellent open views. Breakfast was great. Check-in and out very smooth and efficient. The feeling of the hotel... More

Was in Shanghai for a fair, should take a taxi to the exhibition center, it is not 600mts. as said on the hotel's website. Taxi would take around RMB 10.00 for a 5 minutes ride. Staff is fluent in english. I was curious about their Loft, so i booked one on the hotel's website at RMB 3,400 for 3 nights,... More

Spent 2 nights at this property and my review as follows: 1) Location: around 30 minutes taxi ride from Pudong International Airport (midight rate, I paid CNY160). It is directly above the Subway Station Century Park (exit 4). There is a supermarket across the hotel. Century Park (recreational park with a lake) is opposite the hotel. Using metro/subway to Nanjing... More

I have never stayed at a hotel where the room actually looked better than the best pictures ~ and my room did. I stayed in a gorgeous deluxe room and it was the best. It was large and so cool, even had a balcony. I was there solo for 3 nights and felt 100% safe. There are monitors plus a... More

At check-out I was forced to pay for INCOMING Phone Calls! I have never ever in my life seen anyone charging for incoming calls. Even after mentioning that charging incoming calls is inappropriate - the Hotel insists on charging incoming phone calls. Watch out in case you receive calls - it can get expensive!

Dear Guest, I am sorry to learn of your unpleasant stay experience. I have personally double checked the telephone call run report and telecommunication company, it indicated that your mentioned phone call was an outgoing call. Please forgive our Front Desk colleague she was by no mean to offence you, the fact is none of the hotel in Shanghai charging... More

It was our first trip to Shanghai, so we were a little uneasy. We followed the instructions provided by previous reviewers for the trip from the Pudong airport to the hotel. It went very smoothly...took the Maglev (located in the middle of terminal 1 and 2) to the end, transferred to Line 2, got off after just one stop (Century... More

We choose this hotel due to special promotion and easy access by subway and Maglev (longyang) train station. If you come up from subway exit 4, you will see the hotel entrance small door on your left at street level.Hotel is located in quite business neighborhood and across from the park. We can see people doing exercise early morning from... More
