Very nice rooms. Air con in my room did not work well. Could not get lower than 26c. Seems the place suffers from lack of guests. If the air con worked well I would have been satisfied. Nice appearance. Nice lobby. Enough people speak English that it should not be a problem.

Overall good value with helpful staff. There was a problem with wired in internet access and it took 3 days to rectify by replacing the unit but everything else worked. Checked in but problem with reservation process, room had good aspect but carpet was very dirty and chair was soiled. Replaced chair willingly but damage was done! Concierge staff very obliging and helpful but even they could not unlock the umbrella stand....teeming and no umbrellas trapped. Bit like faulty towers! Left a day early with no regrets.
