We stayed for just over 2 weeks, and found the staff very helpful. The housemaids are very obliging, and service the rooms every day. The hotel is in need of some refurbishing, but is very comfortable. Rooms are a reasonable size, but do require a wardrobe for the clothes. The hotel is ideally located for our needs. Prices are appropriate... More

I have stayed in many hotels in China. It was the worst one. Dirty, stinky, disgusting rooms and mess everywhere... you can easy find decent hotel in the same price. I don't recommend it even for one night stay.

Staying in Gubei / Hongqiao / Minhang

Neighborhood Profile
Gubei / Hongqiao / Minhang
West of Shanghai’s better-known business, cultural and entertainment centers, lies an expansive area of residential neighborhoods peppered with lifestyle pockets that have their own unique attractions. The schools have formed pockets of international communities throughout Gubei, Hongqiao and Minhang. Quite a few entertainment and shopping centers have built up over the years to cater to these communities. While living here means you are relatively far away from Shanghai’s usual hot spots, the large parks, spacious homes and proximity to great Japanese and Korean food keep the neighborhoods popular.
