This hotel is only suitable for visitors going to the Shanghai New Expo Centre but I'm pretty sure you can stay anywhere else in Shanghai since the metro and taxis are so convenient. Hotel provide free shuttle to the expo. Stayed one night and it wasn't the best. Lights too dim in the room and the air-condition is not cold... More

I got this place on a big discount, so for the price I am very happy. The room was very large, in fact it's probably one of the biggest hotel rooms I've stayed at. all the standard fittings, however, there was no safe (or perhaps I didn't find it....) The style of the room was on the strange side, it... More

The Hotel very near the Shanghai New Expo, can be a boon for those attending the Expo.....however for the rest of the people, you may wish to weigh the cons.......!! Since Uber is available in Shanghai, do use the sign language as most of the drivers donot speak english. I was adventurous enough to land on a highway, instead of... More

I stayed here a while ago and found the staff helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and nice. Location at the front of the hotel was not good but if you exit via the back there's lots of good places around and even a Domino's pizza nearby. It works for a quick stopover. Not too far from the airport and getting... More

As previous reports indicate, the location of this hotel is not great. Access is difficult, there are absolutely no taxi drivers who know it, and it is close to nothing. You need to ring the hotel and have them speak to the taxi driver if you want to get there. That being said, the hotel rooms are actually really good,... More

I stayed in this hotel just for one night during a business trip to Shanghai. The rooms are very big and clean. The problem with room i found is they have only small yellow lights, so in the night it feel lot more dark and hard to do any work sitting inside room. The hotel is on highway and near... More

This hotel has big room, good location and good service. Unfortunately, TV programs are not good enough. They don't have international channels. Food are normal but if you little bit late to take your breakfast ( around 9.30 am ) then they will not added more food.

This is one of those hotels which has everything but where nothing works! I stayed for a business trip for 3 nights last week and couldn't wait to check-out. The location is suitable only for those who need to stay close to the New Shanghai Expo - else its a terrible location on the middle of a highway with nothing... More

Incidentally the photo shown is not of this hotel. The hotel itself looks more like a brothel than a hotel. The location is appalling, there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. You need a taxi to go anywhere and that is if the taxi want to take you back... My room was huge, well appointed and clean but there are... More

We have stayed in this hotel already last year & beacuse its close to the expo fair and also because all other good hotels were booked, we decided to give one more try also this year. Bad choice, the only what is ok about this hotel are rooms (size, furnishing) all the rest would rate as 1 or no star... More

Staying in Century Park

Neighborhood Profile
Century Park
Shanghai residents see Pudong’s suburbs as the place that grown-ups retreat to when they’re ready to settle down and stop living in the cramped confines of a refurbished lanehouse. The areas around Century Park are some of the most desirable as they are in close proximity to the Metro Lines, granting easy access to the heart of Puxi. The park itself is a huge draw, it’s one of Shanghai’s biggest and there are sports fields tucked into one of its corners, but five-star hotels, museums and great malls make life in the Century Park area easy for the homesick foreigner. And if living in a Western bubble in China isn’t your thing, there is plenty of local flavor to be had in between the major development. Some of Lujiazui’s futurism can also be seen in buildings and sculptures throughout the neighborhood as well.
