My flight was cancelled an I made a terrible choice by staying in this hotel The room was so dirty that I did not even dare to get in to bed. I sat on a chair fully clothed with shoes on my feet. Waited for the morning. Starbucks was ope 24hours would have been better to sit there overnight. WARNING... More

The hotel is right between 2 terminals, so convenient you can walk to the terminals through covered passageways. But the hotel is noisy, smoky (despite being in non-smoking floor), very sparingly equipped in the room without wifi, and the mattress is extremely hard like sleeping on a board. The staff is also rude. I did not have a good night... More

Getting here is easy. When you step outside the airport, just follow the sign that says HOTEL. and just keep on walking until you reach the middle of terminal 1 and 2. and you will see an elevator lobby right smack in the middle of the atrium. Go up that, and you either go to the north side or the... More

Stayed here due to missed flight connection. Good location at airport of course. Freezing cold lobby/reception. Buffet restaurant cold and food quite unappetizing (for a Westerner) Rooms & bathrooms were clean but a bit strange design! Circle bed! I did have a back massage at the spa which was AMAZING exactly what I needed to work out the knots from... More

We weren't expecting much from this airport hotel, but were very pleasantly surprised. Nice spacious room, great view of the planes taking off and landing. Strange thing was that the bathroom door was clear glass and looked directly at the the toilet and was right next to the bed. All attempts to hang a towel over it failed but the... More

Quick one night stop is okay if you don't find a better one. Room looked quite nice but the bed was like a rock. Breakfast is a short version. Staff with poor english. Location is perfect, this really is an airport hotel.

We arrived in the morning at Shanghai airport and left in the evening. We stayed in the south building which is the Motel 168 part. We only needed the room to take a shower and for this purpose it was ok, especially after a 12h flight. I wouldn't recommend the Motel 168 for longer stays though. For that, you should... More

Located between terminal 1 and 2 of PVG airport, this hotel is very convenient for transit stay but the hotel room was full of cigarette smoke smell that I got headache in just 4 hrs of stay in the room. Room was small , bathroom was small but shower was good. For 4-6hrs stay in the airport, this is a... More

I'm staying on the 5th floor of the North tower. When I first arrived and tired from a 13 hour flight, I had trouble finding the room. It seems that the second digit of your room number denotes the floor. The rooms have a cat5 outlet for the Internet, but no wifi (at least not on my floor.) The rooms... More

The main advantage is convenience.if you are overnighting, then you can exit customs and walk inside to the hotel entrance. It's located midway between terminals 1 and 2, next to the bus/rail and Meg train stations. There is an elevator in the centre of the midway point,go up 1 floor and walk across the hotel driveway. There are two entrances, one... More
