I always expect the best of services whilst on a trip outside of my home country. RAMADA SHANGHAI WUJIAOCHANG lived up to my expectations. Friendly staffs, prompt service delivery, wonderful FOOD (Shanghainese love to eat!), friendly housekeepers who are eager to learn the English Language. It's a Hotel worth visiting, especially for foreigners.

Stayed here on the last leg of my China tour - 2 nights only. Room was ok, big enough but no place to put your suitcase (except on the coffee table). Room was clean except for the toenail clipping I found by my bed.... Bathroom is clean and good, towels are old and some have holes. Fairly good English at... More

It depends on what's your expectation. But in my opinion : the room quite big, i stayed there 1 night with my parents. So I got extra bed. The bed quite hard. Note : My TL told me not to ruin the towel, they may charge u rmb 500. The room quite dusty, 7 the breakfast has a lot of... More

Stayed for two nights in Ramada. Check in was fast considering the little English the front desk people spoke. Wifi connection in the lobby was slow. Password for the wifi was very complicated. Its your room number plus last six digits of your passport. Room was clean and spacious enough to put three beds. Beds and pillow were soft and... More

Close to shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms incredibly small but clean. Front desk and concierge were very helpful; they offered directions and even installed the Chinese SIM card in my iPhone. Easy access to cabs. Be aware that crossing the street is best done via the walkways under the street accessible at street corners. Good breakfast buffet.

I stayed at the Ramada while on a business trip in Shanghai. The hotel was was reasonably close to the Hongqiao airport but quite a drive from the Pudong airport, especially if you got in during peak hours. It was a good 10-15 minute walk from the closest metro station and shopping centers. The food choices around the hotel was... More

I stayed in Ramada Shanghai Wujiachang for 3 nights from 25 May 2014 to 28 May 2014 (Passport No H9825290). This was my most unpleasant experience in my last 45 years of tourism. The room 7108 (?) was too small, uncomfortable and dirty. Blankets were barely to the size of a child. Linen was dirty and not changed for all... More

Staff are ok. Only few know English speaking. Rooms are ok but very very small not as per what I read on the website about the room. I didnt have good sleep as I can easily hear the sound of upstairs and neighbors rooms. Although I had stayed shanghai for three nights I changed the hotel the next morning. Not... More
