Stayed 3 nights in this hotel / area only because I needed to attend to some matters. Even though the hotel is not in the town area, it is extremely busy and crowded with guests on business judging from the morning breakfast crowd. When I arrived by taxi, no bell hop was in sight to attend to the luggage and... More

The Ramada Hotel in this part of Shanghai provides guests the essentials: accommodation, breakfast and taxi assistance. All these for a great value. If you will be spending a lot of time outside the hotel, and you just need a place to rest your head, then Ramada's offers are a steal. Breakfast is okay, not bad jbut not great as... More

The maintenance and upkeep of the hotel do not reflect the hotel chain reputation elsewhere. cleanliness and eye for detail is missing. The staff are casual and you do not see the eagerness to help improve the customer experience and they lack professional approach. I am sure there are better places that offer value for the money spent.

Loved the place. Not close to the Bund or the major Shanghai shopping avenues but the area has a few malls and the hotel is relatively silent. The hotel was clean and the rooms were too. We were sad to see that the size wasn't as expected (compared to the price) but for 3 nights it was manageable. The breakfast... More

I always expect the best of services whilst on a trip outside of my home country. RAMADA SHANGHAI WUJIAOCHANG lived up to my expectations. Friendly staffs, prompt service delivery, wonderful FOOD (Shanghainese love to eat!), friendly housekeepers who are eager to learn the English Language. It's a Hotel worth visiting, especially for foreigners.

Stayed here on the last leg of my China tour - 2 nights only. Room was ok, big enough but no place to put your suitcase (except on the coffee table). Room was clean except for the toenail clipping I found by my bed.... Bathroom is clean and good, towels are old and some have holes. Fairly good English at... More

It depends on what's your expectation. But in my opinion : the room quite big, i stayed there 1 night with my parents. So I got extra bed. The bed quite hard. Note : My TL told me not to ruin the towel, they may charge u rmb 500. The room quite dusty, 7 the breakfast has a lot of... More

Stayed for two nights in Ramada. Check in was fast considering the little English the front desk people spoke. Wifi connection in the lobby was slow. Password for the wifi was very complicated. Its your room number plus last six digits of your passport. Room was clean and spacious enough to put three beds. Beds and pillow were soft and... More

Close to shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms incredibly small but clean. Front desk and concierge were very helpful; they offered directions and even installed the Chinese SIM card in my iPhone. Easy access to cabs. Be aware that crossing the street is best done via the walkways under the street accessible at street corners. Good breakfast buffet.
