Stayed here one night. Located in kind of a sleepy area. A taxi or subway ride to most anything or any area you might want to see. I had a corner room that was very well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom was very well done. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only ate breakfast in the restaurant but was diverse and delicious.... More

On arrival there was nobody to greet or help with the luggage, the lobby is really big and felt empty with fake flowers. The room I got had a great view no doubt. I didn't like the room too much but it was in good condition, except the blow drier is broken. The Wifi worked for a while then it... More

I have stayed at this hotel, twice a month, for the past two years. The quality of the rooms is on a significant decrease. The carpets are dirty, the couch and chair fabric in the rooms are stained, and worst of all, the bathrooms and toilet areas are filled with mold and mildew. Terrible. I have notified management on every... More

This hotel was excellent a great value for money. The service was great, the rooms are new, modern and quite comfortable. The views of the city skyline from the high floors are great. The breakfast buffet was awesome! A wide range to choose from and great quality. The only downside to this hotel was that its not located in the... More

This hotel was neither wonderful nor particularly bad. Breakfast was OK but not as nice as many others. We did get some half price luggage at the hotel gift shop. Ate a pizza in hotel for supper - worst pizza in a long time.

The hotel is well equipped and managed. The price is reasonable. It is off city core area. Not many to see nearby. You need car to move around. But it is tough to get a taxi during rush hour. It is better to ask the hotel to help you book taxi in advance.

To start, the hotels location is poor. Upon entering the hotel no one helps with your bags. Then there are hookers everywhere at night going up and down the elevators that are groped by men in front of me with some laughter. Blood on my bed sheets. Room overall very big. Nice automatic windows. Water pressure low. When switching hotel... More

Wonderful hotel with great views and staff. We were impressed with service and attention to detail. Not cheap but worth the money, only drawback is somewhat remote location from city center. I would stay here again. They go out of their way to treat you well.
