Stayed 4 nights for business. Room is generally dusty, you can see dust bunnies under the bed. Wore shoes or hotel slippers when walking around. Bed linen is old, scratchy and in need of replacement. Breakfast poor for Westerners. Reception was very slow on Checkout like 45 minutes because of que. Room was clean, shower room was OK. Two water bottles supplied every day in room. Some towels were a bit thin.

Stayed 4D3N for business travel and can't believe it is under a world class group. This hotel is far below standard. Funny thngs are everywhere and everyday : 1. First thing first, the receptionist are not friendly at all, they gave you faces, reply our demand in an unfriendly way, and not talked much English. Stayed during Shanghai Auto Expo in 2013 as this place was close to exhibition center. The reception staff is good for nothing and will make faces if you ask for any assistance about local area.
