Was there for 4 nights beginning April 2013. Checkin was fast and as Platinum Member upgraded to a suite. The view from the Suite was fantastic. Staff very helpful...food good and the Club lounge spacious and nice. Location good as had to visit the International Expo grounds. Hotel has as shuttle service available. Would surely stay again.

I regularly stay at this hotel during trips to Shanghai, and it never fails to impress. The rooms are modern, comfortable and spacious. The staff are pleasant and happy. The gym and swimming pool are clean and a pleasure to use. A great place to relax after hard work.

I've stayed in Shanghai on 6 previous occasions . This hotel is without doubt the best for me. The rooms are excellent the beds extremely comfortable and the staff from Dexter the room manager to the waitress's in the restaurant extremely friendly and helpful . Good work Crown plaza !
