Hotel was located far from downtown Shanghai as written in other reviews. It was located in the middle of chemistry industry complex. So there's nothing around it. For those who would go back and forth from downtown Shanghai, please stop by any convenient stores before you head back to hotel. Breakfast was very minimal that it was lack most of... More

Our experience with this hotels is more than dispappointing; Mainly is the customer service, they do not know how to treat clients on a human basis! We organized a big event at this hotel and things have been impossible to handle when dealing with the sales person (Ms Diana Tang). We are an events company and it never happened to... More

Traveled here for business for one night. Room facility is very old, the towel is getting to yellow. And the shower water is very small without ant pressure I think. What the most I want to share is the breakfast. Actually the food standard is below average, the juice is not fresh juice and can't find normal bacon. And the... More

A hotel I've stayed at 3 times already in the past year. The hotel probably used to be very nice. You can tell it was catered for those on short term assignments at one of the companies in the chemical park (the lobby has a wall covered with the company logos!), therefore if you have any business in the area... Just my luck that this has happened to me again! See my previous review! There is no hot water supply since I arrived in this in-the-middle-of nowhere hotel! I have to resort to showering in the gym and swimming pool shower rooms on the two nights that I was there - although it was March in Shanghai but the temperature... More

If you don't like crowds or people, this is the place for you. It is a VERY nice hotel and nice golf course, but the place is a ghost town. The only people that stay here are Chemical business travelers for the SCIP.. This means it is nearly empty. The rooms are SUPER NICE, large and clean. Shower is great.... More

We went to Sino Bay for the solar eclipse, and the hotel was booked full with tour groups for the event. Since we were members, we got a free upgrade to a HUGE executive suite, with a spectacular panoramic window facing the golf course. Staff went out of their way to accommodate every wish of the eclipse watchers. They carried... More
