We stayed at Rayfont for 11 nights. The price was the main reason why we chose it, and we were not disappointed. It had an OK overall score, but the cheap price was the big plus. One wall in the shower area was rather unpleasant but apart from that it was ok. They didnt change sheets every day but every... More

I took an apartment for ten days in this disgusting hotel much to my error. The floors, sofas, bathroom, and kitchen are were covered in black hair, stains, and who knows what else. The kitchen had no implements so you couldn't even make toast or a cup of tea. One of the worst hotels I have ever had the displeasure... More

Location is perfect, 10-min walk from Dapuqiao subway station (line 9). Hotel is quite pricey for what it offers. we booked 3 double rooms, 2 room balconies were full of garbage and dirt, in one room there was a cigarette in the shower. The receptionists, we dealt with in the morning, were rude, even for Chinese standard. Overall, for the... More

We booked it twice. The first time we booked a business suite for 3 nights through Agoda at a bargain price. Later we wanted to add an extra night before the original three days but the original business suite was not available. So we had to book a single room for one night and then move onto the suite. Plus... More

This hotel was needing some loving care and attention. The room was large enough but the curtains were falling off and the decor could do with updating. The staff were courteous enough and spoke little if no English, this didn’t create too much of a problem until I came to report that the air conditioning was not working. It never... More

The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Shanghai, close to the Dapuqiao station of metro line 9. Personnel is courteous and speak English well enough. Room (deluxe double room) was sufficiently big and everything was well cleaned. Major problem was the Internet: very slow when working, and most times both my mobile and laptop could not... More

We turned up at 3:00pm to check in on the Friday and the front desk only had two staff working with a huge line up of people to check in. Each check in process was slow and painful. It took an hour in total. When we arrived in our room we soon discovered our double bed was actually two single... More

Thought it was a decent hotel, and I was wrong. First the lobby was small and traditional Mainland Chinese taste. The room had plenty wear and tear around, with uncomfortable beds and single unsupported pillow. Bathroom was in poor condition, stains on toilet seats, broken shower head mount, and crooked towel hanger. And there's no internet or wifi available at... More

Stayed here 2 night afters my 8 day tour ended, Assigned me a room on the 32nd floor with a beautiful unobstructed view of Shanghai. However, the wifi here does not work but fortunately have my own dongle rented from airport. Walking distance to Tianzifang with interesting shops & bars. Easy to get food nearby.
