We stayed four nights in this hotel and had a great experience from checking in to checking out. My mother was quite sick when we arrived in Shanghai and the hotel was very accomodating to her needs. The floor we stayed on did not have non-smoking rooms, but they cleaned her room so well that she could not smell any... more

This hotel is not in central position, but shanghai's taxis are cheap and the price/quality ratio is very good. Rooms are very clean with all you need, but the bathroom door is not hermetic. Service is great. The restaurant and the business center should be improved. more
