I am staying in this hotel for my business trips. The main USP of this hotel is its location.. There is a shopping mall on another side of road & main temple market is on just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are ok.. I am a vegetarian so I have just tried the Bread, Fruits & Black Coffee in breakfast and... More

The General Manager of this hotel, a charming lady should be acknowledged for her hands-on attitude. During breakfast on one morning, she happened to be in the dining area and she was moving around keeping things tidy - including cleaning up a mess I left when pouring coffee. The hotel is reasonably well kept though is looking aged. The lounge... More

Had 3 nights stay at this hotel recently. Do not get cheated by the photos provided by the hotel. It is an old and dirty hotel. Room is dusty. Bed sheet and pillow case not changed throughout my stay. Breakfast is worst though with the same thing served for 3 mornings. Food is tasteless. 5 year old kid is chargeable... More

Yun’s Paradise is a comfortable hotel in a great location, walking distance or a short hop in a cab to all kinds of interesting sights. Yu Yuan Garden is a short walk down the street. The staff speaks very good English. The rooms are quiet and clean. Good price. The breakfast is great. Their restaurant is open for dinner. They... More

This was our last stop on our China tour with Beijing Tours. After arriving into Shanghai we started our tours right away therefore we didn't check into the hotel to around 5pm. Upon our arrival the confusion began when our confirmation number was also given to someone else who happened to have already checked in and took our double beds.... More

We stayed at Yun's Paradise for a couple of nights. It was decent. The common parts of the hotel definitly need renovation. The room was a little nicer. The staff is nice but very few speak english. The location is not far from center.

Unprofessional staff at first, the breakfast is poor and with a bad quality. The location is also not that great (about 10 minutes walk to the closest metro station which is yuyu garden). The rooms are not very spacious, just enough if you are planning to spend time there just for sleeping. However, with the same price you can have... More

The room I was in was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a great location for central Shanghai and is well-kept. I didn't especially enjoy the breakfast dining experience. The food was ok but the dining environment evokes a Pyongyang-style hotel for Western journalists where all is not as it seems. The staff were friendly... More
