We spent 4 nights there for our Easter escape and turn out so many things went wrong since we confirmed out booking. It was quite a. Nightmare dealing with them as seems they do charge for a Sheraton accommodation while service is just 2 stars. To be fair, the island itself is prefect with very nice house reef which you... More

My self and husband just arrived back from a 5 night stay here. Over all we had a lovely time. We arrived by helicopter as our flight from Sydney didn't coincide with any ferry/boat transfers to the island, the helicopter trip was great and gave you a really good perspective of where you were and the size of all the... Highly recommend the helicopter as its a really short trip and shows you exactly where you are from a birds eye view. The jet ski safari package is worth the money spent and for those who remember Tom Hanks in castaway, the island you visit brings the movie to life. Sheraton is small which is the way we love it.... We just returned from a seven night Spring break stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki Resort and Spa and have nothing but rave reviews. From the moment we arrived by catamaran, we loved this place! It's hard to describe the incredible blues of the water and sky without experiencing it for yourself. The entire staff was warm and welcoming throughout our... More

We spent 7 night on Tokoriki at New Years. It was fabulous. We loved every minute. Food was expensive and breakfast isn't as wonderful as lunch and dinner. But overall the food is mouth watering. We loved the reef and swam out everyday. We loved it so much we will return in July. Amanda & Vince

Newly built hotel and great hospitality. Extremely down to earth and hands-on team with hotel manager Peter welcoming us from the helipad to our room. Have great food and beverages team, with Chef Kim Brennan and Chetan the manager, managing our dietary requirement. A visit to the bar and let Joey make you a drink with great smile and humour.... We stayed here after spending 5 nights in the Yasawa Island Group as we wanted to explore the Manamanuca group as well. The rooms are outdated and old and there is limited soundproofing so much so we could hear the conversation of our neighbours perfectly (especially as it was about college stories and bad boyfriends) funny really but naturally we... We stayed for 4 nights in March 2015. We had great weather except for one day day when it was very windy. The Highlight was the F&B which was excellent we purchased the full board package so we used the restaurant and bar facilities frequently and the staff were wonderful. Full marks to Chetan and his crew for excellent service... More

we arrived via helicopter, so we had a good view on what the island itself offers and we were impressed! We stayed in a beachfront room, but on arrival we had been upgraded to one with its own plungepool! As it was off peak season I assume they only do it when it's quiet. The room was lovely, clean and... More

Like an upmarket barracks - doesn't blend in at all stark white - no trees no one around except for spa girls. How would you walk to the pool from the other end of the resort - you'd fry! Would never stay there - in fact some who did ate in the real Tokoriki Resort next door!
