This hotel got a good review from me because: 1. it's on an amazing island with amazing snorkeling, not too far from Nadi. 2. it's brand new. 3. Has good food. 4. Has nice people. The bad points are that is totally new and the service has to get better and quickly. Right now, it's a 4 star service, for... More

We stayed here in August with another couple and had an awesome time. Our rooms were both ocean views so one back from the beach, but got a glimpse of the ocean between the beach front rooms- great place to have a beer and nibbles in the afternoon. Resort in general is modern compared to your traditional island hotels. Rooms... More

I read ALL the reviews...and tried to cancel our stay...boy am I GLAD I didn't! We had the best time...after voicing our concerns to the Manager before we arrived we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a beachfront bure and so were others that we spoke with. So let's start with the great stuff - the resort is new -... More

I would be very curious to experience this property a year from now but I'm reviewing it as it is at present. It has only been open about 3 months so there is still construction going on (not bothersome though) but the management and logistics have a long way to go. I don't like being critical as the staff is... More

This was my wife and Is first real holiday, we had saved up to go to the sheraton tokoriki, with all the PR and Marketing Hype with the photos on line it looked amazing, however upon arrival and spending a few days there we began to pick up on many faults. Where to begin, a good question. ROOM - You... More

Phenomenal views from this hotel. While bits were still under construction, it didn't end up affecting my experience of the overall 3 days I spent there. Great food that while a little expensive, actually very good value for the quality of food and the location of the restaurant away from Denaurau! Would definitely go back.

Spent 2 weeks on Tokoriki with my wife, our teenage daughter and our 2-year-old son. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable time. The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the restaurant, beach, housekeeping everyone was happy, helpful and friendly. I also would like to thank the management of the hotel who ensured that we were looked after... More

This hotel on this amazing location is one of the best in the world for a rest, pamper, the friendliest of staff that are so genuinely happy to see you and assist you - the perfect resort for that couple who want to escape the cold, who want sun, warmth, and friendly and happiness of the staff who are locals... Having read the previous reviews we were expecting a lot worse than what we were confronted with. Yes the resort is still under construction but for the most part it is pretty pleasing on the eye and the main areas are complete. The pool, restaurant and deck areas are gorgeous and we spent a lot of time relaxing in them.... More

first of all, the other reviews and ratings of this resort found on the internet do not give an accurate representation of how the resort actually is. built on the most perfect beach and island sheraton tokoriki is a place where you can go to relax on a day bed, or spend the day out in the stunning coral drop...
