So much potential, in such a lovely location. The hotel has only been open for a year, but the place feels tatty and dirty- certainly not what you would expect from a Sheraton. Poor room service, disinterested water sports and front desk staff, stained and torn cushion covers in our room and by the pool, algae growing in the pool...... More

I booked this resort after doing a lot of research and we were nothing but disappointed. We can't believe it has a 5 star rating, we believe it is nothing over a 3. *Rooms are run down which is really weird considering it's only a year old. *Grounds are not very well maintained. *Food is very expensive, we had a... Overall the experience was great. The staff were attentive, the resort and rooms were beautiful and there was plenty to do. My only complaint was that the food and wine were extremely expensive. I would recommend bring your own wine over.

We stayed at the Sheraton Tokoriki for the first two days of our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and welcoming and really started our trip off on a positive note. The resort facilities, including the pool, our room and the spa, were all top-notch. We loved our room and enjoyed a very relaxing couples massage. The pool was great and... More

An amazing holiday spent snorkeling on the coral reef, lounging by the pool and generally having a great relaxing time. The Fijian staff were nothing but friendly, approachable people which made the experience that much better! The rooms were very spacious and luxurious, not to mention the bathrooms were incredible. We stayed in beachfront room while our girls stayed in... More

We couldn't go snorkeling because the water was too rough and my kids got cut on the coral reef. The pool was great, but we had hoped to go snorkeling. The food was good, but very expensive. I dislike buffets, but that was the only option one night. You have to pay extra for all rentals. The scenery was beautiful,... More

This resort is best suited for families (not really your romantic getaway) with REAL service issues. Beachfront room was cozy and had a nice view. Property has potential, but probably needs new management. For the benefit of future guests, please see below the message we sent the Front Desk Manager listing our concerns after our stay: For the benefit of... More

Extremely bad feeling. Food are extremely lousy but really expensive. Breakfast are terrible(not just my own impression) and hotel management do not care about customer's feedback. A life snake trap in the fence next to my seat, hotel management doesn't ask and say even a word if I am scare (actually we are so scare and can't get sleep that... More

We had a family holiday with our three adult children here. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The facilities are all relatively new as the resort was rebuilt after the cyclone in 2012. They could do with new life vests (the old ones are mouldy, torn and broken) and a bit of extra water sport equipment. Also the seat... More
