WOW, what a great welcome and what an amazing view. The Fijian people were wonderful and the weather was perfect - low humidity and 20 - 24 degrees each sunny day...... The resort was only 30% occupied as it is low season, which suited us perfectly. Dinner each night on the outside terrace and lazing by the pool each day.... More

We spent 3 full days out on the island, travelled out by South Seas cruises which takes 1hr, its slower on the return due stopping at other islands. We chose to pay for the chopper which was well worth it. The resort has been rebuilt from an original resort, beautiful snorkelling and crystal clear waters. - the bures are all... More

The staff are learning fast as without exception they represented Fijian warmth at its best. Unfortunately it was rather windy during our stay so we didn't attempt to use all the outdoor facilities but the pool and its surrounds are excellent and had plenty of sitting, and sun loungers but could do with better and more sun umbrellas. The room... More

I really, really wanted to give this resort 5-Stars. I read the reviews of it not being ready for guests for the last 2 months and hoped it would be ready by the time we got here. Oh well. But – If you’ve read my reviews – you know I always tell it like it is. So, here it goes...... More

This hotel got a good review from me because: 1. it's on an amazing island with amazing snorkeling, not too far from Nadi. 2. it's brand new. 3. Has good food. 4. Has nice people. The bad points are that is totally new and the service has to get better and quickly. Right now, it's a 4 star service, for... More

We stayed here in August with another couple and had an awesome time. Our rooms were both ocean views so one back from the beach, but got a glimpse of the ocean between the beach front rooms- great place to have a beer and nibbles in the afternoon. Resort in general is modern compared to your traditional island hotels. Rooms... More

I read ALL the reviews...and tried to cancel our stay...boy am I GLAD I didn't! We had the best time...after voicing our concerns to the Manager before we arrived we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a beachfront bure and so were others that we spoke with. So let's start with the great stuff - the resort is new -... More

I would be very curious to experience this property a year from now but I'm reviewing it as it is at present. It has only been open about 3 months so there is still construction going on (not bothersome though) but the management and logistics have a long way to go. I don't like being critical as the staff is... More

This was my wife and Is first real holiday, we had saved up to go to the sheraton tokoriki, with all the PR and Marketing Hype with the photos on line it looked amazing, however upon arrival and spending a few days there we began to pick up on many faults. Where to begin, a good question. ROOM - You... More

Phenomenal views from this hotel. While bits were still under construction, it didn't end up affecting my experience of the overall 3 days I spent there. Great food that while a little expensive, actually very good value for the quality of food and the location of the restaurant away from Denaurau! Would definitely go back.
