You get what you pay for. Dorms #1 are far behind surrounded by lush vegetation and the bungalows are old wooden structures infested with rats. We had to change dorms in the middle of the night when I heard and saw rats running around. That's a NO NO! They put some kind of glue on the floor which trapped the... More

it was our first stay of Fiji. The hotel is nice and it has two nice beaches. The meals are amazing a bit over prized but this is Fiji. Unfortunately it was very sad that we can't do some tours because zoo need for one tour least 4 people. No tours came about maybe the hotel can work on this... More

We found a great deal for diving and accommodation on the Ratu Kini Hostel website; 4 nights, 10 dives, all meals included for an hugely discounted price. The diving is amazing, the dive staff (especially Pete and Shirley) were so helpful, professional and happy to make sure we went to a different dive site every time. The hostel staff became... More

An excellent place to dive - stayed at one of their beach front units and it was excellent - so close to a really excellent beach. Friendly service. We enjoyed the meals here and noted that quiet a few people from the next door expensive Japanese resort came across to eat here, which says something for the quality of the... More

Ratu kini is a simple hostel with unconfortable matress, but à beautiful atmosphere! The main beach is not really good to swim during afternoon, but there is one on the other side of the island, just take the Time to discover the island! The people are incredibly Nice if you take the Time to speak with them and get to... More

We paid about 80 dollars per night for an AC double room around end March. Ok, the room isnt that bad, with a cute toilet and a balcony, but nothing special either. As the location tucked back to the village and the facilities in the room are very basic, its obviously way overpriced ( but same as the entire Fiji... More

The bure, room and bath are ok, Mattress very bad and food not exceptional, despite of the daily price... Problems with the transfer both to and from the island, I have lost 400FJD (~160 euro) even if it was included in the package I buyed! I hope in the future :)

The bure on the water is in a fantastic location. This is a difficult review to write as it is a backpackers lodging. Not sure how it compares to other backpacker facilities. We were in room 2 which had a great view. The accommodations are definitely minimal. The electricity is not consistent. It is turned off each day from 3-5pm.... More
