We made so many friends here. The people are beautiful. The island is breath taking. It's a quiet place probably better suited to couples rather than families but it's only a short walk to plantation island resort which is perfect for kids and teenagers. Swimming is much better over at plantation but the pool and restaurant at Musket is fantastic.... More

Fellow Travelers, Musket Cove. Remote, exclusive, expensive, beautiful location. All the makings for a perfect vacation, right? This $604 Fijian a night hotel (not including 15% VAT or 5% SST, which was another $420 for the stay) has all the right makings for a wonderful romantic getaway. It does cost $280 Fijian just to get from the airport to the... More

Bula Judging by your comments it sounds as though Fiji simply wasn't your cup of tea. Musket Cove is an honest, great value 4 star Fiji Island resort. Where we pride ourselves on the friendly nature of our island, the resort and it's people. I firmly believe our website is a true reflection on who we are and what we... More

We had the most utterly perfect dream wedding and honeymoon. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Beautiful, immaculate, gorgeous friendly staff, the food is absolutely divine ( I highly recommend getting the meal package, best value and ease. Just order what you want off the menu and no worries about cost). The food is five star and all organic... More

I am writing this from dicks restaurant as the weather is a little windy. This place is perfect, this is our first visit but I would be sure to return. The island bar (musket cove yacht club) has been a highlight with comfy lounges over looking the bay and sand throughout it has an awesome chilled atmosphere and is shared... More

Bit late submitting this review, but i stayed here in August 2013 and it was absolutely beautiful. The Staff were so lovely and friendly, i probably haven't experienced better service. We stayed in the Lagoon bure for 5 nights, and the garden bure for 2 nights. I would definitely recommend the lagoon bure! Very spacious and beautiful bathroom, balcony etc.... More

We have just returned from Musket Cove and I cannot recommend this place highly enough, the staff, the facilities the bars and the total experience is mind blowing. The highlight of our trip was an Island hop tour and also a great trip to Cloud 9 floating bar. We were in the hands of Dave and his team from Dulcinea... More

Musket Cove is a nice place for a laid back island holiday to get away from suburbia stress. Staff tried their best but their were some limitations. We found that food or wine bills sometimes did not tally up. For example I was charged $480 for 6 bottles of champagne priced at $62 each and had to try and explain... More

Bula and thanks for your feedback. Thanks for your kind comments and constructive criticism. All pricing is processed electronically through point of sale machines, so it is impossible to enter a false price. However I take your point seriously and we will double check that pricing matches our menus. It's always a good idea to check bills. Invariably there maybe... More

We came for the first time for a wedding. Loved the bures (houses), big rooms well spaced out. Could hear the construction but that will be finished soon so not a problem in the future. Food was delightful. Best salt and pepper squid and Prawn liginue also roast duck a favourite. Did find most staff really lovely. Only problem was... More

We stayed here for a family friends wedding and the setting is absolutely beautiful. The wedding was perfect and very well organised. The resort itself is beautiful to look at but after staying at the sheraton villas for a few days beforehand it seemed a little below par as far as amenities go. There is really only one place to... Bula Sue Thanks for taking the time to comment. One thing my experience tells me is that not everyone is suited to the laid back nature of an island. Which is fair enough. The Sheraton Villas are very good. But miles away from what Musket represents. For the sake of future guests I'd like to respond to some of your... More

Musket cove resort's only redeeming feature is that it resides on a beautiful and picturesque island. Truly I did enjoy my stay in Fiji, but only thanks to the company of my family and the beautiful sunsets. Musket cove's staff are unreliable and unhelpful. Once they realised they couldn't rip us off, there soon became no interest in us. We... More

Wow, when I read this review I would have sworn it was referring to another resort. Like every business we are not perfect. But when it comes to our staff and friendliness. I feel compelled to comment. I remember your wedding party. A wonderful group, but clearly some guests may have been better suited to a different level of resort.... More
