This place was just incredible. I was only in Suva for work for 3 weeks, so was at first skeptical about spending one of my only weekends at an island that would take half a day for me to get to. But it was just the most incredible experience. The whole island is only about 550m so you are just... More

Leleuvia is worth a visit! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, excited to share the Fijian culture with you. We were able to snorkel, paddleboard and kayak all within the same day. The island is small enough that if you regularly kayak, you can kayak all the way around the island. The chef will prepare a variety of dishes for... More

A short boat journey from nearby Bau Landing, Leleuvia is maintained along the lines of a larger, more commercial version of what we'd come to expect in Solomon Islands, only this time the boat crossing was shorter and the boat larger. So on Friday morning we packed up and headed out past Nausori Airport to the landing. One friend had... More

Leleuvia is a little paradise, where you have everything you need to be comfortable but the rest of the world is a million miles away - simple yet comfortable bures by the water, an island where you can get away from people yet walk around it in 20 minutes, gorgeous corals and fish, friendly and helpful staff and a good... Leleuvia is an incredibly beautiful and serene destination... imagine arriving by boat to a small private island and greeted by the very kind and thoughtful staff of Leleuvia who invite you in as if you are a long lost friend. You really get a sense of the true culture of the Fijian people here; The accommodation is a Bure with... More

I was more than excited to bring my friends and sister to Leleuvia because I had only heard good things about the place. First of all, it took about 2/3 weeks to figure out reservations. The man in charge of the reservations, Colin Philip, was nothing but rude to me. We got to Leleuvia and sadly it was horrible weather... More

What can I say about this place that others haven't? Leleuvia Island Resort was one of the most magical places I've visited! The surrounding water alone is worth the visit to this island however, add onto that the most delicious food, friendliest staff and great snorkeling and it makes for one amazing experience! The bures are very simple but plenty... More

I was lucky enough to make it to this resort and I cannot say enough good things about it. The food alone is worth the trip from Seattle. The staff was perfect. The location magical. We raced a canoe to honeymoon island... Filled with enough Fijian athletes to really move. Went on an all day dive trip that was world... More

Unfortunately, stayed just one night. A coral atoll that you can walk around at low tide and kayak around at high tide. I stayed in the dorms which were basic but functional. Showers and toilets were quaint and cold water only. The main dining area provided entertainment but it was obstructed by the bar when the wind picked up and... More

Thank you for your review for your stay at Leleuvia in November 2014. Just a reminder that you had a Fijian Lovo (underground oven) meal for dinner and not lunch. Lunch and Dinner were both buffet meals so it was all you can eat as it is with all our meals. No reason for you to go hungry. Both lunch... More

I originally booked for 1 night but on arrival I immediately knew that 2 nights it had to be. My bure although quite basic was comfortable and only a few steps to the pristine clear waters edge. Separate male and female toilet blocks with unique showers all very clean and more than adequate. My expectations were exceeded when it came... More
